As the lead Sherpa I believe that helping others is the most important thing to do. Hopefully that shows in my comittment to service at the events I attend. Beyond the business, I recognize that many people do not have the luxuries that I have and many do not even have the necessities. So every year the Sherpa Packer LLC, which my customers are a major part of, donates to several worthy causes. I invite you to reach out and help others whenever you can. My favorite charities are listed below. Can you help make a difference?

Metro Care Ring With your help as Sherpa Clients, In 2010 we were able to put aside $3,800 to purchase 2,100 #'s of Rice/ 2600 #'s of beans and 260 pounds of Mac/cheese. This food helps to support the Denver Community. For 2011 we are hoping to more than double our contribution to 10,000 pounds!

Compassion International helps feed children worldwide. Sponsor a Child for Only $38 a Month!

Soles for Souls collects used shoes and distributes them worldwide to people in need. If you are attending the 2011 Ride the Rockies or the 2011 Colorado Rocky Mountain Bicycle Tour, The Sherpa Packer Ltd will be collecting shoes at those events and delivering them to Soles for Souls. Please drop us a note if you will be bringing shoes so we know approximately how many boxes to bring.

The American Red Cross helps people locally, nationally, and internationally with natural disasters.

FreedomServiceDogs.org trains animals to help the disabled, then places those animals with men and women soldiers injured serving our country.
