Sherpa Service runs from Saturday night(June 8th) before the ride, to Friday morning the last day of the ride (June 15th). No Sherpa camping after the last day of riding. Please bring your own towel for after the last day of riding.
For the 2012 Ride the Rockies the Sherpa is offering Premium, Full service, and budget tent accomodations.
Himalaya Service (premium): limited to 25 tents

All Himalaya packages include the following:
- A 10' X 10' X 100" Pyramid Tent
- Air mattress (per person)
- Camp Cots for one and two person tents (sorry, not enough room for three cots in tent)
- Sleeping bag, fleece liner, and pillow per person
- a daily clean towel/washcloth for each person
- a camp chair per person
- haul one 35 pound bag (please read the baggage policy)
- cell phone charging-bring your home charger
Himalaya Service is limited to 25 tents.
Sherpa and Ashley's service is limited to 125 tents total.

Full Sherpa service
The Sherpa's original service for RTR includes the following amenities:
- a dome tent for the week that is set up, torn down, and transported by the Sherpa
- air mattress
- sleeping bag with fleece liner (sorry but pillows are BYO)
- clean towel and washcloth daily
- comfy camp chair for the week
- haul one 35 pound bag (please read the baggage policy)
- cell phone charging-bring your home charger
- community bike tools and air pumps

Ashley's Tent, Towel, and Chair service.
Our budget offering is a clean towel daily, a camp chair, and a tent set up/torn down and transported for you. You load your luggage (one bag up to 40#) onto the Sherpa truck and we'll haul it to the next town (please read the baggage policy). You provide the rest of the gear (sleeping bag, air mattress, etcetera).
